Property was very clean

Room was clean. Coffee hot. Food fresh. Staff was attentive.

What stood out most about this hotel is the front desk clerk Samantha I think that's her name she went above an beyond great customer service an the room is clean an nice felt like home for me an my son she makes it five stars alone

First let me say that it looks like they might be doing so work to the place. The "lobby" was a room with a check in counter and some construction supplies. The man who helped me was helpful enough with check in but could not accommodate a first floor room. My room was just above the office area at one end of the building while a lot of occupants were staying at the other end. It was a Friday night and there was a lot of loud music from the other end (it was like a party). The room itself was ok but could be a likeable place with a bit of maintenance. When I arrived, the room had a very strong cover-up smell and I had to leave the door open with the fan on for quite some time to get it tolerable. The bathroom paint was flaking quite a bit and an area of the ceiling had what looked like some mold on it. I was pleased with the full fridge and freezer, the toaster and microwave. I used them all. I had to clean the microwave tray and the toaster definitely needed a cleaning but they worked fine. The bed was SUPER comfortable and appeared clean and there were plenty of pillows. The TV was a bit difficult to figure out at first but I got a little bit of use out of it before sleeping. Overall, it was very basic set up with no drawers but enough shelves for storage and a wonderful bed. It had all the necessitities that I needed for that night, but I might need to see if it gets updated if I was to stay again, especially for multiple days. Very convenient location.

I am very satisfied. I arrived and checked in at around 11 PM After a long road trip. Cooper (if my spelling is correct) greeted me at the front desk. He was friendly and helpful.
